By creating an account or using Vet Med AI, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Intended use

Vet Med AI is an educational and workflow-support platform for veterinary students and veterinary professionals. It does not replace examination, diagnostic testing, professional judgement, supervision, or emergency veterinary care.

AI output

AI-generated content may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. You must verify calculations, drug information, doses, contraindications, citations, translations, clinical records, and recommendations before relying on or sharing them. You remain responsible for decisions and records created with the service.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate account information and keep your account secure.
• Use only content you are authorised to upload, record, translate, or process.
• Obtain any consent required for recordings or personal information.
• Do not misuse the service, evade limits, disrupt systems, or attempt unauthorised access.

Trials, research codes, and subscriptions

The public trial lasts 14 days and uses stated feature allowances. Research codes may provide time-limited access under their displayed terms. Student and Vet Pro subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and are subject to the monthly fair-use allowances shown on the pricing page.

Availability and changes

We may improve, replace, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to protect users, control costs, comply with law, or maintain service reliability. Saved work should be exported when it is important to your professional or academic obligations.

Account action

Access may be limited or ended for non-payment, unsafe or unlawful use, abuse, attempted security compromise, or material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will provide a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

Liability and contact

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vet Med AI is provided without a guarantee that every result will be accurate or continuously available. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Questions may be submitted through the contact form.
