What this policy covers

Vet Med AI provides AI-assisted veterinary study and clinical workflow tools for individual users. This policy explains how information is handled when you create an account, upload material, record audio, or use an AI feature.

Information we process

• Account and profile details, such as your email address and selected role.
• Content you submit, including case histories, transcripts, PDFs, questions, feedback, and saved study material.
• Operational information, including feature usage, errors, device details, and security audit events.
• Subscription status and Stripe customer identifiers. Vet Med AI does not store complete payment-card numbers.

How information is used

Information is used to provide requested features, generate and retrieve your saved work, maintain security, enforce fair-use allowances, troubleshoot failures, communicate about your account, and improve platform reliability.

Service providers

Vet Med AI uses service providers including Microsoft Azure for AI, speech, and document processing; Supabase for authentication, database, and storage; Vercel for application hosting; Stripe for billing; and Resend for transactional email. Each provider processes only the information needed for its role.

Clinical and personal information

Only submit information you are authorised to use. Remove unnecessary owner, patient, and contact identifiers before using study or AI tools. Do not use Vet Med AI as the sole system of record for urgent or legally required information.

Storage and retention

Saved cases, chats, transcripts, and extracted source text remain available until you delete them or the applicable feature states otherwise. Temporary case-analysis PDFs are deleted after extraction. Some temporary audio, feedback screenshots, deleted items, backups, and security logs may be retained for limited operational periods before deletion.

Your choices

You may review or delete supported content in the platform, cancel a subscription through billing settings, or request account and privacy assistance through the contact form. Legal retention or security obligations may limit immediate deletion of some records.

Security and changes

We use access controls, private storage, server-side credentials, encrypted transport, and audit logging. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Material policy changes will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
