Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancel at any time
You may cancel a paid subscription through Settings → Billing. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access continues until that date.
Renewals and plan changes
Monthly and annual plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. The Founding Vet offer applies the displayed introductory price for six monthly billing periods before the standard Vet Pro monthly price applies.
Refund requests
Subscription charges are generally not refunded for partial billing periods or unused allowances. Duplicate charges, billing errors, and requests covered by applicable consumer law will be reviewed. Submit a request promptly through the contact form with the account email and charge date.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry the payment and access may be limited. Saved work is not intentionally deleted solely because a payment fails, although retention rules and account terms continue to apply.
Research and trial access
Free trials and research-code access do not generate subscription refunds. Their access ends when the stated time period, code entitlement, or allowance expires.
